THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS (NAUS) PLATEAU STATE CMC, INAUGURATION CEREMONY. Held at Yelwa Club on the 26th of March, 2022.


The outgoing NAUS Chairman started with a welcome speech, he also appreciated all those present to witness this memorable event. Thereafter, a speech was also followed by the NAUS Vice President North Central, he express his gratitude to the past leaders and also those coming on board, wishing them the best in all endeavors.
Barr. Gyang Zi represented by Barr. Godwin conducted the swearing in of the newly elected NAUS officials, he charge the newly elected EXCOs to take their offices with all manner seriousness. Comr. Daniel Sunday, a past NAUS EXCO (2016) perform the innuagration of the newly elect NAUS Chairman, in person of *COMR JOSEPH PAM*.
Comr. Joseph Pam in his speech, he said "he is glad to accept roles and responsibilities of the chairman and that this is one of the greatest privilege given to him and he will treasure it. He also talked about the issue of the lingering ASUU strike and pleads that ASUU and Federal Government should resolve the issue of the strike, he also expressed his gratitude to those who supported his movement to this very point".
The President Students Union Government, University of Jos Comr. Danladi Joshua in his speech, he mentioned the importance why Nigeria students should go out in mass for the forthcoming NANS protest which will be holding at Abuja. The NAUS National President represented by the his deputy Comr. Danladi, in his speech, he assured the new EXCOs of their support at all times.
Sen. I. D Gyang (NAUS Patron) was ably represented, he was given an award, after which his representative congratulated the new EXCO and also gave a word of encouragement to them. In the same line Barr. Gyang Zi (NAUS Legal Adviser) was also awarded.
The royal father of the day who is the district head of Rayfield also encourage the EXCOs to rule well and make sure the system is runs smoothly. Thereafter, donations were given to the new EXCOs by the outgoing NAUS chairman, invited guests, aspirants, comrades and some individuals.
